An in depth look into life behind the bar, this class offers an introduction to making syrups, bitters, and cocktails. We start in the kitchen with our sleeves rolled up, making some fun flavors and explaining the process of creating custom components for cocktails. We then move to the bar, make some drinks, share recipes and enjoy the results of our labor! This class is more in depth and intense than Cocktail 101, but fear not, we are here to have fun and drink cocktails.
