Cocktail 101

Cocktail 101 is an introduction to the art and science of creating the perfectly balanced cocktail.  This class is perfect for anyone - from the cocktail afficionado who wants to progress to Cocktail 102, to a casual drinker.  During the class, your teacher will teach you to create cocktails that are that are guaranteed to make you the star of your next party.
