Billy Sunday is known for classic drinks, adventurous new creations, a deep library of vintage spirits and an elevated bar menu. Our cocktail menu takes a culinary approach to flavor, balance and discipline with a welcome dose of whimsy. The back bar features one of North America’s largest collections of vintage fernet and Amaro, as well as a robust selection of rare scotch, bourbon and rum.
